An important update on the use of shared facilities at the marina
Following further discussions with Wales Government, we are sorry to announce that we will have to close the main shower facilities at the marina for the time being.
There are still restrictions in place regarding the use of shared facilities in the wider community and we want to do everything we can to help reduce the spread of the virus. We must follow the advice we have been given.
We hope to get the showers opened up again soon in line with Wales Government announcements on lifting restrictions on shared facilities for all activities. In the meantime, our toilets remain open for berth holders and visitors and you can rest assured we have taken the necessary steps to ensure these can be used safely.
Whilst we appreciate that these restrictions will be extremely inconvenient to everyone it is essential that we comply with Wales Government regulations and that we continue to make every effort to minimise the spread of Covid-19. Protecting our communities, staff and visitors is our number one priority.
The marina has of course successfully reopened for boating activities recently with unrestricted access to the pontoons for all. Many of you are finally enjoying getting back on the water after the lockdown and your continued support is greatly valued and appreciated.
