The Hafan team is pleased to announce that the marina is now open to all berth holders. A Notice to Mariners was issued on 6th July that sets out the latest measures.
The key points from this guidance are:
- All berth holders and their crew are allowed to visit the marina from anywhere in the UK to go sailing, inspect or maintain their boat.
- Berth holders can stay onboard overnight from Saturday provided they comply with Wales Government Guidelines on residing in temporary accommodation. This advice currently states that self-contained accommodation can reopen from 11th July.
- The marina's toilets have been reopened but we ask everyone using them to be sensible and maintain social distancing.
As we slowly welcome berth holders back to the marina it is very important we take steps to protect staff, customers and the community and prevent the transmission of Covid-19.
To this end only one person at a time will be allowed in Reception. Please wait for the person ahead of you to leave.
Downstairs in the marina office you will also find guidelines designed to keep boating safe for everyone. Our leaflet explains what you need to consider before you arrive at the marina and what measures you can take to safeguard everyone whilst you are here. Compliance with our guidelines is vital to keeping the marina and its services open, safe and enjoyable for all.

Finally, stay safe and well and we look forward to seeing you at the marina soon.
