How is it that Christmas is nearly here?
2024 is passing us by so quickly and our thoughts are already looking ahead to next year. Hopefully we will get better weather so we can get out on the water more!

Annual electrical service
Power to the pontoons will need to be switched off next Wednesday (20/11/24) whilst our annual service is carried out on the electrical system. This is likely to be between the hours of 10:00am and 3:00pm. Please let us know if you would like us to check anything on your boat once power is back on.

Dredging
We can report that dredging was completed as planned and within the project timeline, with only minor disruption to work due to weather conditions. We’re awaiting the results of the hydrographic survey but initial indications are that the critical areas in the harbour, including the channel, fuel dock area, Hafan and Plas Heli areas have been dredged successfully. We thank you for your patience and understanding during this work.

As you may be aware, we only had a small capacity for silt that could be placed in the lagoon area. A long term plan is being developed and we will report back in due course.

Fees and charges
We are waiting for confirmation on our fees and charges for 2025/2026. Please note that we will be implementing restrictions/additional charges on any extra vessel on a berth, whilst also introducing specific berths for personal watercraft (Jetskis). The trailer compound will also see charges being introduced from April next year onwards. Further announcements and details will be released soon.

Bonfire night goes off with a bang!
Congratulations to all those who were part of the impressive firework display recently with special thanks to town councillor Michael Jones and Plas Heli caterer Sean Devlin. It was great to see so many people come out on to Glandon and North Quay to watch the spectacle.
